To develop a friendly and fruitful working environment, the management of Loyal Apparels Limited has established a Participation Committee which consists of workers representatives and management representatives. To make this committee an effective one, the company authority has arranged direct election among the workers to select their representatives by voting system for the Participation Committee. This committee works to build up and ensure a mutual trust, understanding and cooperation between the workers and employer. The members of this committee work together with the fty management to ensure that the rules and regulations of the Local Labor Law and Customers’ Standards are implemented properly and all workers are aware about their rights and responsibilities.
